This project takes advantage of the waterfront location with frameless glass doors on all three levels, a glass covered entertaining area with frameless glass balustrades and a glass covered entry walkway that ensures protection from the elements.
Each floor is serviced by an internal lift. The central level is for day-to-day living and entertaining. The lower level is self contained and features a custom designed, climate controlled cellar and a boat storage area with electric winch to access the boat from the private boat ramp.
This project has successfully blended the solidity of time honoured construction methods and craftsmanship, providing an assurance of structural integrity and quality, along with modern contemporary materials.
